    Through the Skills & Education Data Space, Scheer IMC’s AI-enhanced LMS can connect with complementary external services and skills data to support more advanced skills management. By enabling secure data exchange and interoperability between multiple providers, this approach lays the foundations for applications such as skills intelligence, improved skills matching, and personalised training recommendations. This approach relies on several key steps:

    • Skills framework extraction and structuring: Scheer IMC leverages HeadAI to extract, structure and analyse skills using artificial intelligence technologies.
    • Skills alignment with ESCO: Rejustify then provides the relevant ESCO descriptions for the extracted skills. The results are validated through a human-in-the-loop process to ensure accuracy and consistency before being imported into the LMS.
    • Intelligent recommendations: HeadAI combines skills data, job frameworks and skill-related content while Inokufu provides relevant training catalogues from external sources. Together, these capabilities enable skill-based learning recommendation and anticipate future skills evolution.
    • Skills management: HR and L&D teams access dashboards that enable them to monitor skills, update skills frameworks and manage training strategies according to changes in job requirements.
